AlhamduLillah by the Grace of Allah SWT we have possession of the new building now. This was only possible because of help from the momineen. For those who have made pledges please come forward and pay them off. We will InshaALlah move in the new building by the end of August after the receive the use and Occupancy permit.

We need help in renting out one portion of the new property. It is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. We want community to get the word out and get it rented as soon as possible. If you know of any interested buyers for our current building, please let us know. The old existing building needs to be sold as soon as possible.

Dear brothers and sisters:

As most of you are aware that the current location of Azakhana-e-Zahra is already getting too small for our activities. In particular our Muharram,
Ramadan, and Eid events have a fairly high participation and warrant use of a much bigger place to accommodate all momineen. In addition, as we
mentioned during this past Muharram that the current location of Azakhan-e-Zahra does not have enough parking spots (only six parking spots
belong to Azakhana), and we are having to constantly work with our neighbors and city of Milpitas to satisfy their needs and requirements. We
can no longer have our Ramadan program at our current location. We need to move out of our current building by the end of this year. It is not a
choice or an option, rather a necessity for us to move to a bigger and better place.

We looked at quite a few buildings (even land), some didn't have enough room, some were too far for most of the community, some didn't have enough
parking, others were just too expensive for our community. By the grace of Allah and the dua of our community members we were able to find a property
that meets the above criteria. The property consists of three separate units having multiple multi-use halls/rooms that can be satisfy our needs
not only for our regular programs but also for special occasions such as Muharram, Ramadan, and Eid. The property is located just a few blocks from
the current location of Azakhan-e-Zahra. In our estimation this property meets all our needs in terms of space, parking, Sunday school, etc. Of
particular importance is the fact that one of the units have at least eight rooms that we can start using right away for our Sunday School as well as for future Elementary and High School. The property is completely detached from other neighboring properties, and in our estimation will serve our
needs for many years to come. We anticipate two units will be enough for our use, the third unit will be rented out to generate some income to repay
our mortgage. Later on, this unit can be turned into a youth center. The possibilities for future additions/modifications are endless and are only
bound by our imagination.

An offer has been made by us and accepted by the owner. An escrow account has been opened. The sale is contingent upon approval by the City of
Milpitas and financing. We are working very hard at it and are very hopeful that with the blessings of Allah and the help of community we will
be able to acquire this property inshaallah. The sale price is $1.888 Million. We are planning on paying a 50% down payment ($944,000). We have
secured Qarz-e-Hassana totalling $700,000 and need approximately $250,000 to close the deal. It is important to note that the property will not be
owned by any individual, it will be a "Waqf" property and will be the property of the community.

We are seeking help from the community to buy this property. We cannot count on one or two individuals to pay for this property. This is the
community property and we count on our community to step up and make this dream a reality. Maulana Mudassir and the management committee has asked
help from each and every family of our community. To help pay for this property we are asking every family to contribute at least $2,000 per
family. Remember this is your property, and we count on your support to help pay for it. This property is not just for us to attend Muharram
Majalis, or for our children to attend Sunday School, rather it is intended to serve our generations to come. This is an investment in the future for
us, and for our children's education. Remember a community is only as good as their place of worship. The sale is to be closed within 21 days (less

important your contributions are towards making this dream a reality. Off course you can use this opportunity to pay your wajibaat (Khums). We are
asking a minimum $2,000 contribution from each family, if Allah has given you more and you are able to afford it please be generous. Remember Allah
said "The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah, is as the likeness of a grain that sprouts seven spikes. In every spike there
are 100 grains, and Allah multiplies for whom He will. Allah's will is embracing, all-knowing." (Quran 2:261)

This Saturday, June 01at 8:00 PM is the Jashn-e-Viladat of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). We will be inshallah holding an open house from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
to show you the property. We will hold an open house again on Sunday, June 02, during the hours of Sunday School (12:30 PM to 3:00 PM). For your
convenience you can stop by at the current location of Azakhan-e-Zahra and we would be more than happy to take you to the property as it is very close
to the current location. During the open house, we are also planning to have some carpets and rugs for sale. 100% of the proceeds will go towards
the purchase of this property inshaallah.

We are trying to acquire this building, however its important to note that we need your help to make it happen. We might not be able to acquire the
property if we are unable to raise enough funds, or the contingencies placed in our offer are not met. Having said that we feel confident that
if community comes forward and contribute the requested $2,000, we will inshaallah be successful in acquiring this property. In addition to the
requested $2,000 contribution, please also fulfill your pledge you have made on 9th of Muharram at the Santa Clara Marriott. Please accept our
